The Living Young Plan 2023-27 will guide Council's commitment to children and young people for the next four years and has been developed with input from the community and key stakeholders, including Council’s Living Young Reference Group. The previous Living Young Plan focused on children and young people in the 5–25 age range. A key change in the updated Plan has been to increase the scope of the Plan so that it now focuses on birth to 25 years of age.
