Unley Town Hall

The Unley Town Hall is a beautiful historical building opened in 1907. A large arching ceiling and a polished wooden floor makes this the perfect venue for a wedding reception or party. A commercial kitchen, audiovisual system and facilities for presentations and talks makes this an extremely versatile space.

Maximum room capacity is set by the City of Unley to ensure fire and evacuation safety. When organising your event, please consider social distancing of 1.5m for the safety of your guests.

Hire fees

Sunday to Thursday (8am - 11pm, all guests and bump out must take place before 11pm)
Friday and Saturday (8am - 12midnight, all guests must leave by midnight, however an additional one hour and a half until 1.30am is granted for bump-out / cleaning)

There are some discounts available for not-for-profit, schools, charities, local residents and local businesses, please see below.

There is a cleaning fee of $150.

How to hire

2. Check availability by viewing the Unley Town Hall calendar

3. Contact the City of Unley Libraries Event Coordinator 8372 5100 prior to completing the application, to check availability and make a tentative booking. Your booking must include both set up and pull down time.

4. Complete and submit the application form online
