Active World is our new membership portal that gives you the patron, greater control of your membership from the convenience of your phone or computer.

The Active World APP can be downloaded via the APP Store and Google Play Store for use with your smart phone and allows you to:

  • Manage your account details
  • Buy a season pass / multi visit pass / group fitness pass
  • Access a digital version of your membership card for when you forget it!
  • Book into your Group Fitness sessions
  • Book and manage your Learn to Swim lessons

Season Pass / Multi Visit Pass / Group Fitness Pass Purchase

All season, multi visit and group fitness pass purchases are now made through the Active World portal. Patrons are required to create an account within Active World prior to purchase.

This process can be performed from the comfort of your own home via the Active World APP or in person at the Centre with assistance from one of our friendly staff.

*Please note that the “In Person” option at the Centre will take approximately 10 – 15 minutes, so be please allow time for this prior to your swim.

Group Fitness Session Bookings

All group fitness sessions must be booked via the Active World portal prior to arriving at the Centre.To sign up as a participant and begin making bookings from your phone, please see the Group Fitness Booking User Guide.(PDF, 2MB)
