Health and Wellness Seminar - Eating for a healthy gut
 
We will look at the basis of a healthy gut and discuss how to improve and maintain and balance both the friendly and unfriendly bacteria which keeps your gut working effectively. We will also explore the role of fibre, probiotics and hydration as key components for balancing the gut microbiome. Includes a gut immunity drink containing ginger, turmeric, honey, lemon and black pepper.

 

About presenter Kathryn Hill:

I have a doctorate in Education and have worked in the tertiary education sector for many years both overseas and here in Australia. As someone with food allergies, what I eat is very important to avoid illness. I'm excited to share my knowledge of eating with food allergies and healthy cooking with people.
