This workshop is tailored for people (and superstars) who are neurodivergent and/or living with a disability.
FEATURES: Stretch and warm up; Customised choreography and teaching style; Great music with clean lyrics and positive themes; Affirmations and deep breathing; Cool down stretch.
NB Wheelchair users are very welcome. Accompanying support works are encouraged to join in.
