Stomping, flexing, stretching, jumping, cardio, deep breathing, affirmations for healthy masculinity and grounding.
Featuring tracks by: KRS One, NAS, Eninem, Busta Rhymes and more.
Safe space for men to explore dance from any demographic.
Cost: $10 per person
