Do you find yourself in awkward situations where you are not sure what to say, or feel that you always say the wrong thing?
Do you sometimes want to respond by lashing out, but you know it will only make things worse?
This program has been written just for you!
Develop confidence and techniques to respond to people in social situations and to help you read social cues.

The Interlude Club isn't assertiveness training, but it will introduce you to a four-step process so that you can respond with something useful and effective when someone upsets you.
