We cannot accept notification of these changes over the phone.
If you have recently sold or purchased land, you need to notify us of the change of ownership.
Notify change of ownership
Follow the steps below to notify us of a name or address change.
You will need your Assessment number for your property. This can be found on your rates Assessment notice.
If you are notifying us of a change of name, you will also require evidence of the name change. This can be;
Marriage/Divorce certificate
Certificate of title (with new name)
Copy of Name Change certificate
Fill out the form below to notify us.
Once received, we will update our records. We will only contact you if we need further information.

Change of name
If you are notifying us of a change of name, we require confirmation of the name change. This can be;
A copy of your Marriage/Divorce certificate
A copy of your Certificate of title (with new name)
A copy of Name Change certificate
